Runner Bike RT 80
86 cc commuter motorcycle in Bangladesh
Key figures
"For the class" means measured against the 31 other bikes on this site within 40 cc of this one. It is arithmetic against our own catalogue, not an opinion, and it changes as the catalogue grows.
What this bike is
At Tk 64,000 the RT 80 is the cheapest motorcycle on this site, and it is also the lightest, at 86 kg. It is the least powerful commuter here too, but the gap to the next Runner is small: the AD80S Alloy costs Tk 20,000 more for a quarter of a horsepower and one more litre of fuel. The first real step up is the Royal+ V2 at Tk 92,000, with a 109 cc engine and about two horsepower more. If the RT 80's price is the reason you are looking, nothing on this site undercuts it.
Who it suits. Buyers for whom the lowest price and the lightest bike matter more than anything else.
Written in September 2026 from Runner's own published figures, which are in the specification table on this bike's spec page. We have not ridden it and we do not pretend to have.
Good and less good
In its favour
- Light for the class at 86 kg.
- One of the cheaper bikes in its body style on this site.
Against it
- Modest for the class at 5.9 bhp.
- Small for the class at 8 litres.
- Runner does not mention ABS on its own specification sheet for this model, so we cannot confirm it either way.
Every point here is read off the manufacturer's published figures or off a comparison with the other bikes on this site. None of it comes from riding the motorcycle, because we have not.
