What this bike is

Runner lists the VXL 125 with the same engine figures as its own Aprilia SR 125, 7.1 kW, which is 9.52 HP, and 9.9 Nm, and the same 114 kg, so the Tk 1,02,800 between them is the Vespa itself. On paper that buys a larger 8 litre tank against 6.5, Vespa's single sided front suspension with anti dive, and smaller 11 and 10 inch tubeless wheels. It also comes with a lower top speed claim, 90 km/h against 101, and a lower mileage claim, 45 to 50 km per litre against 52. Four colours are listed, including Azzuro Provenza.

Who it suits. Buyers who want a Vespa specifically, and know the engine figures match a much cheaper scooter.
