This is where the FZS family stops making sense on paper. The Hybrid costs Tk 53,000 more than the FZS V4 for a Smart Motor Generator, stop and start, a colour TFT meter and smartphone connectivity, with exactly the same engine output. Add Tk 32,450 to the Hybrid's price and Suzuki's Gixxer 250 quotes 26.5 PS against its 12.4, with dual channel ABS. Yamaha's own FZ-25 costs Tk 42,500 more for 20.8 PS. Buy the Hybrid for its equipment, knowing exactly what else that money reaches.
Who it suits. Buyers who want stop and start and the colour display on a 149, and have ruled out a 250 for other reasons.
