The fuel injected 125 version of the RAY-ZR, and a genuinely odd one on paper. It is 12 cc larger than the 113, but Yamaha quotes both at the same 8.2 bhp and the same 9.7 Nm, with identical kerb weight and the same 5.2 litre tank. On the manufacturer's own figures the difference you are paying for is fuel injection rather than performance. Injection does bring easier starting and steadier running, particularly in traffic, but if the price gap matters to you, look hard at whether it is worth it here.
Who it suits. Scooter buyers who want fuel injection specifically. On quoted figures alone the cheaper 113 offers the same performance.
