Lifan KPR 165R Carburetor
165 cc sports motorcycle in Bangladesh
Key figures
"For the class" means measured against the 91 other bikes on this site within 40 cc of this one. It is arithmetic against our own catalogue, not an opinion, and it changes as the catalogue grows.
What this bike is
At Tk 2,20,000 the KPR 165R Carburetor is the cheapest liquid cooled faired bike on this site. Rasel Industries quotes 17 BHP and 17 Nm from 165 cc, six gears, discs of 300 mm and 220 mm with a combined braking system, 150 kg and a 14 litre tank. Runner's air cooled Bolt 165R costs Tk 51,000 less for 13.14 bhp and 12 litres, and its sheet gives no brake details at all. Suzuki's Gixxer SF costs Tk 1,12,950 more and is quoted at 13.41 bhp. What the KPR does not state is ABS. The KPR 165R FI costs Tk 15,000 more on an identical sheet.
Who it suits. Riders who want a liquid cooled faired 165 for the least money and can do without ABS.
Written in September 2026 from Lifan's own published figures, which are in the specification table on this bike's spec page. We have not ridden it and we do not pretend to have.
Good and less good
In its favour
- Strong for the class at 17 bhp.
- One of the cheaper bikes in its body style on this site.
Against it
- Heavy for the class at 150 kg.
- Lifan does not mention ABS on its own specification sheet for this model, so we cannot confirm it either way.
Every point here is read off the manufacturer's published figures or off a comparison with the other bikes on this site. None of it comes from riding the motorcycle, because we have not.
