What this bike is

The GSX-R150 is the lightest sports bike on this site at 131 kg, and that is its clearest advantage. Against Yamaha's R15 V3, Tk 4,950 cheaper, it quotes nearly the same power, 19.2 PS against 19.3, is 11 kg lighter and states dual channel ABS. Against the R15 V4 it is Tk 75,050 cheaper and quotes more power, though the V4 lists traction control. Its weak points on paper are the joint smallest tank among sports bikes here, 11 litres, and Suzuki's own Gixxer SF 250 at Tk 1,00,000 less with 26.5 PS. Its sheet gives the capacity as both 149 cc and 147.3 cc.

Who it suits. Riders who want a light, liquid cooled faired 150 with dual channel ABS and have weighed the cheaper 250.
