What this bike is

The cheapest way to Yamaha's liquid cooled 155 cc engine, and cheaper by a lot than its twin. The MT-15 V2 publishes identical figures for Tk 75,000 more, and the faired R15 V3 shares its 19.3 PS for Tk 65,000 more. The catch is on the sheet: Yamaha does not mention ABS for the MT-15, while it states ABS on the Tk 1,65,500 cheaper FZS V4. At this money, Suzuki's Gixxer 250 is Tk 80,050 cheaper and quotes more power with dual channel ABS. The MT-15 is also 4 kg lighter than the R15 and carries a litre less fuel.

Who it suits. Riders who want the R15 V3's engine without a fairing, and have checked the ABS question with the dealer.
