Taro Bikes in Bangladesh

Taro's current range as tarobangla.com lists it: the Ranger naked, the Grand Imola ADV 165 scooter and the GP1 Version 4, with the old catalogue's GP 1.

Figures from tarobangla.com, last checked September 2026. One of these models comes from the old BikeDokan catalogue and has not been checked against the manufacturer since.

Strong figures, careless sheets

Taro's Bangladesh site shows specifications and "On Request" in place of a price, so this site shows no price for its current models. On paper the figures are strong: the Ranger is quoted at 21.5 BHP, the most of any 165 cc bike on this site, the Grand Imola ADV 165 at 13.5 kW, the most of any scooter here, and the GP1 Version 4 at 25.8 BHP with twin front discs. All three state dual channel ABS.

The sheets need checking, though. Taro's GP 2 page is almost entirely filler, a power of "20", a weight of "852" and a seat height of "32", so it is left out here, and on three pages the compression ratio row holds the bike's own name. Figures that decide a purchase should be confirmed with a dealer. The GP 1, a 150, comes from the old BikeDokan catalogue and its price has not been confirmed recently.
