Yamaha quotes the V2 at the same 19.3 bhp, the same 14.7 Nm, the same 138 kg and the same 10 litre tank as the V1, at a considerably higher price. On the manufacturer's own published figures, the difference is in equipment and detail rather than in performance. Yamaha does not state ABS on the sheet for this version either, which is worth checking with the dealer at this price.
