250cc Bikes in Bangladesh

Every bike here is larger than 165 cc, the long standing ceiling for imported motorcycles in Bangladesh. Larger bikes are on sale, but the rules have changed more than once and treat importing, assembling and registering differently. Before any money changes hands, get the dealer's registration position in writing and confirm it with BRTA yourself.

Nine 250s, four without a price

Nine bikes sit in this class, all taken from their makers' Bangladesh websites. Bajaj's Pulsar N250 and F250 share a 24.5 PS oil cooled engine and ABS front and rear, and are the cheapest 250s here with a price. Suzuki's Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 share a 26.5 PS oil cooled engine and dual channel ABS. Yamaha's FZ-25 is quoted at 20.8 PS from an oil cooled engine, also with dual channel ABS. CFMOTO's 250NK is quoted at 27.5 bhp from a liquid cooled engine, the most power in the class, and its 250SR states dual channel ABS but no power figure. Weights run from 132 kg for CFMOTO's 230DUAL to 165 kg for its 250SR and 250CL. CFMOTO publishes no prices in Bangladesh, so four of the nine show none.
